SERVES 8 |
4 lb Flank steak, thin sliced |
2 ts Louisiana style hot sauce |
1 c Tequila | 2 ts Black pepper |
1/2 c Lime juice | 2 c Salsa |
1/2 c Lemon juice | 2 c Guacamole |
1/2 c Orange juice | 2 Tomatoes, sliced |
8 Cloves garlic, crushed | 8 Radishes, sliced |
2 Medium onions, chopped | |

this recipe elsewhere. Mix juices, garlic, onion, tequila, tabasco and pepper in a large bowl. Add meat to marinade. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours, turning occasionally. Place meat on a very hot BBQ grill. Cook to your liking, turning once. Serve with hot tortillas, guacamole, sliced radishes, sliced tomato and salsa.
