CARNE ASADA

SERVES   8


4 lb Flank steak, thin sliced

2 ts Louisiana style hot sauce
1 c Tequila 2 ts Black pepper
1/2 c Lime juice 2 c Salsa
1/2 c Lemon juice 2 c Guacamole
1/2 c Orange juice 2 Tomatoes, sliced
8 Cloves garlic, crushed 8 Radishes, sliced
2 Medium onions, chopped

Mix juices, garlic, onion, tequila, tabasco and pepper in a large bowl.  Add meat to marinade.   Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours, turning occasionally. Place meat on a very hot BBQ grill.  Cook to your liking, turning once.

Serve with hot tortillas, guacamole, sliced radishes, sliced tomato and salsa.
