GREEN SALSA (Tomatillo Sauce) |
Makes 24 Ounces |

This is especially good with carnitas or chicken. | |

10 Tomatillos, Medium |
5 Fresh Oregano Leaves |
4 Large Garlic Cloves, crushed | 10 Cilantro Leaves |
2 Large Jalapeno Peppers, seeded | 1 ts Salt, or to taste |
4 Serrano Peppers, seeded | 2 tb White Vinegar |
