Slice Jalepeņos in half and remove seeds.  Put in a saucepan with tomatoes,  garlic and onion.   Boil till peppers and onion are soft. (About 1 hour).  Add cilantro for the last 15 minutes. Remove cilantro and discard.  Put sauce in a blender or food processor and blend to a smooth texture. Salt to taste.

Can be used immediately.  Makes a good taco sauce.  Good on hamburgers too.
This a good basic hot sauce.  Heat is a very subjective thing, but this rates a medium to my taste.   I have plans to try different types of peppers, leave seeds in Etc.  The original recipe said to boil the peppers in water, then add to tomatoes.  But I left the recipe at work and made it this way.  It turned out just fine.
